2. How many characters can I engrave?

The engraving limits of the keychain:
- Ring: up to 45 characters,
- Tag: 2 lines, 15 characters per line

3.What symbols can I use?

On ring, we accept these symbols only: . , -’ # & ! ?.

On tag, you can add followings symbols to match your message:

{,.-&*'^?="#!$%/()+<>♡

4. Can I preview my design before purchase?

Yes! Once you enter your engraving, a live preview will appear. Make sure to check it before clicking “Add To Cart.” You can also download the preview image from your cart.

5. How long does production and delivery take?

We strive to process all orders quickly. Your personalized keychain will be produced within 2 business days. For shipping, we offer both standard airmail with tracking (7-16 days) and expedited express delivery (3-5 days), depending on your location.

6. Can I change my engraving after ordering?

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we’re happy to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
